There is a separated adults-only part of the wellness area. You can even book a relaxing massage. A laundry and a ski cellar with boot dryers is available as well. A great asset of the south-oriented complex is the wonderful view of the Zwölferkogel, Hinterglemm centre and the surrounding peaks of the Alps.

Equipment

The apartments are sold fully furnished and equipped so that you can start renting them out immediately. You can choose from furniture packages in a range of colours and materials, that have been carefully prepared by architects and designers.

Parking

You can leave your car in the underground garage or in the covered outdoor parking area for the full length of your stay. Everything is within walking distance of the complex. In case you need a transfer, you can use the private shuttle service provided by the complex which will take you wherever you want to go.

Rental

The apartments are meant to be sold into private hands, however the owners are obliged to rent the property. The expected rental yield in the first year is 4.14% after operating expenses and before tax.

The owners may use their apartments themselves, but the period for which they are rented shall always be the longer one. The owners will also be provided with complex services to help them with the management and rental of the property and to save them unnecessary worries and trouble. The condition of renting the apartment does not prevent you from further management of your property. In other words, you may sell it at any moment while a lease agreement is in force.

Construction date

Construction work is expected to begin in spring 2019. Handover is planned before the end of 2020.
