Stará Novalja

Stará Novalja is located in the north of the island of Pag. The summer resort is a popular destination for families with children thanks to its beautiful sandy beaches with gentle access to the sea. The water of the Stará Novalja bay is usually warm, crystal-clear and calm.

The entire project faces towards the sea. The living rooms and terraces of all apartments are south facing. As a result, the apartments receive plenty of light and sunshine, and offer fantastic sea views. Each apartment comes with its own parking space. 

Furniture is not part of the fittings. Buyers can furnish their apartment to their own taste and wishes.

Possibility of further rent

Apartments can be rented out for attractive profits. The agency offers a guaranteed sum of €7,000 – €12,000 p.a. depending on the size of the apartment. Excellent accessibility
