You will find Öblarn and its magnificent Baroque church in the Schladming-Dachstein region between the peaks Gumpeneck (2,226 m above sea level) and Grimming (2,351 m above sea level). It is situated just 19 km from the Hauser Kaibling cable cars, 27 km from the Schladming town centre, and approximately 40 km from the Dachstein glacier. Öblarn is rightfully referred to as the most culturally active municipality of the Liezen district. In addition to the Festspiel festival, the municipality also regularly hosts the Öblarn Krampusspiel festival, which is a UNESCO culture event.

The village preserves its original character, including a traditional square, which has remained unchanged for centuries. Its infrastructure, however, is modern, with a Spar supermarket, a café, a bakery, a sportswear shop, a school, banks, a post office and a railway station.

The municipality of Öblarn currently confirms that after the operating contract expires (after 20 years), you will be able to use your apartment as a second home WITHOUT THE CONDITION OF FURTHER RENTING!

Construction deadline

Construction work on the project will begin once 60% of the units have been sold. Completion of the project is planned for June 2022, or by the end of December 2022 at the latest.
