4* Wellness apartments with panoramatic view of the lake

We are introducing a new resort of apartments with a panoramatic view of the Zeller See Lake and Zell am See city centre, which is only a few minutes’ walk away from this site. The trassXpress cable way is within walking distance. This cable way is the gateway to the ski and tourist heaven of the popular Alpine centre.

Privately owned apartments

The project consists of 4 buildings with 31 apartments, which are built on the slope above Zeller See Lake. During the planning of the project, emphasis was placed on luxury and comfort for you and your guests. The project shall be implemented in typical Alpine style. The apartments will be handed over to their new owners completely equipped and furnished so that they can be rented immediately. Moreover, every apartment has its own sauna.

First-class resort services

During your stay, you and your guests will be able to utilise the services in the facility such as breakfast in your room, shuttle service, free Wi-Fi, free parking, daily cleaning, reception service, option to arrive and depart every day, EV charging station and other services. The complex will provide a fitness establishment and a smaller lobby/bar.

Attractive investment

The apartments are intended for sale to private owners and are designated for rental according to the municipal plan with personal use option. Own use of the real estate property is possible, but rental must be dominant. Comprehensive service is provided to the owners of the real estate property including facility management and rental of the real estate property, without worries for the owners of the real estate properties. The rental condition does not in any way restrict further disposal of private property - i.e. you can sell the real estate property at any time during the term of the rental agreement.

Construction deadline

Project implementation should start in autumn 2020. The assumed completion deadline is December 2021.
