Lofer is a famous holiday resort in Salzburger Saalachtal, which is surrounded by the Loferer and Reither Gebirge mountains and the impressive Loferer Steinberg peak. Thanks to its central location Salzburg or Zell am See are easily accessible as well as the touristy areas of Berchtesgaden and Kitzbühel. Its great advantage is the proximity of the Czech Republic. From Prague you can be there in 4 hours and 50 minutes.

Lofer is a popular resort during the summer and winter seasons. In the summer you can refresh yourself in the clear, cool water of one of the natural or man-made pools that can be found along the hiking or cycling trails. Steinbergbad Lofer is offering a wide selection of attractions - water slides, wooden rafts, children's playgrounds, beach volleyball, table tennis and many others. Water sports fans can try canoeing, kayaking or rafting in Lofer.

In winter you can enjoy a family ski resort with perfectly groomed slopes. Available are ski instructor services for children as well as adults. And of course there are traditional restaurants on the slopes. This area is also popular for cross-country skiing. The most famous skiing areas of Kitzbühel and Zell am See are only 30 minutes by car.

Apartments resort

The apartments have one or two bedrooms, living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom/toilet and a large balcony. Some apartments have a spacious terrace so you can enjoy astunning view of the surrounding mountains. The apartments are renovated and furnished with new, modern furniture. Large windows guarantee sufficient light in the rooms. The property comes with a car park for 16 cars (roofed wooden car ports) and a children's playground.

Use of the property

The apartments are sold as private property and according to the zoning plan they are intended to combine private use and further lease. In the first year, the rental income is estimated at up to 6% from the purchase price, after the deduction of maintenance costs and before applying tax (assumption of zero private use). Private use of the property is allowed but further lease must prevail.

The further lease condition does not in any way limit you in further management of your private property - i.e. you can sell the property at any time during the term of the further commercial lease contract.

Full property management service is available for property owners to ensure worry-free leasing. Together with the purchase contract, the buyer is also signing a rental agreement contract. This is valid for 5 years.
