Project of 12 chalets near the skilift

Chalets will be built on a custom basis, including tiled stoves and furnished kitchen. Only quality materials will be used. 

Each house includes 2 roofed parking places for cars. Chalets will be built in 2012 in two phases. The first phase of construction should be completed by the end of 2012, the second phase before the end of 2013.
All chalets are intendeded to further rental. Income from rent is about 4% of the gross purchase price of the property.
