New residential project in Zell am See

New residential project will be built in Zell am See in the proximity of the skilift. It combines a modern architecture with typical Austrian atmosphere. The whole project is due December 2012.

There are certain specific limitations for a foreigner purchasing a real estate, so the properties have to be rented to third parties. You have the possibility of using your apartment for up to 12 weeks in a year and let it be rented for the rest of the year. The contract is signed for 10 years and is very flexible. Everything is set up so the investor would not have any problems with his apartment. Janitors and rental company will take care of everything – marketing, renting and of sending you earned money.

The advantage of the renting is that you can save 20% VAT when purchasing the property. The prices listed are without VAT.

The price includes the furnished kitchen, fully equipped bathroom and the floorings. Secondary expenses (taxes and fees) are 7,6 % of the base price. The buyer does not pay any other fee.

There is the possibility to buy a parking place for EUR 15.000.
