New residential project in Schladming

We offer a new residential project near the famous ski area Planai and Schladming city center. Alpine World Ski Championship will take place in Schladming in 2013. The building is divided into three floors and diverse apartments, varying from 66 to 109 m2 in size. Completion of this project is expected by the end of year 2012.
There is an elevator and central heating in the building and a cable connection in all the apartments. Covered parking place and a balcony or a terrace is included in the price of each apartment. Common facilities (such as banks, shops, hairdressers', etc.) are located within walking distance.
You can enjoy as much as 124 km of groomed ski-slopes, 5 golf courses, 45 km of running paths, 930 km of bicycle paths and 1000 km of hiking trails. Apart from that it is possible to raft, paraglide and ride horses in the nature.
