Each apartment with 1-3 bedrooms has large glass doors opening either onto a balcony or a terrace and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. Most of the apartments face south. Parking is available in underground garages. Each apartment has a cellar. All apartments will be built using high quality, luxury materials.

Comprehensive services for administration and rental of the property will be set up in the complex. You can make use of guaranteed income from rental at an annual rate of 3.5% net of the purchase price. The rental contract is concluded for a period of 9 years.
